What Makes The Taylor Natural Rattle Desirable?
Buying toys for your baby can be a tough job. Many parents are concerned about toxic this and toxic that. Do you give a painted toy or metal toy to your baby? How do you know for certain that the toy will not harm the child? We have a 5 year old daughter named Violet. We take great care in making sure that she is safe and free from harmful commercially made products. The household chemicals are locked up tight, the electrical outlets have safety plugs etc etc. Every child deserves to be safe. I believe that fully. My toys reflect that philosophy in every aspect from the original choice of the wood to the extra smooth sanding and baby-friendly natural finish. Each stage of the rattle making process is part and parcel of a natural toy that I wouldn't hesitate to give to my own child. (And I did) Some quick key points *Rattles are made of well-aged hard figured, birds-eye or curly maple. Famous for being a non-splitting, non-cracking wood. Full disclosure, I usually get my wood from a musical instrument maker.(His name is Ben) *Each rattle is hand-made by me personally, not a $5 a day foreign factory worker. *Rattles are inspected at every stage to assure the highest quality. *Rattles are sanded using 5 grit levels of sandpaper to an astounding 2000 grit. That's smooth baby. *Rattles are by default, finished with natural, edible hemp oil and beeswax. Natural non-finished versions are available if requested. *Each rattle is unique. The turning is completely random. This makes the rattle even more interesting. Even if you have a set of twins, their rattles will be just as different as their personalities. When buying a Taylor Natural Rattle you can rest assured that you are giving your child a toy that will not only provide hours of enjoyment, but will be a safe and harmless pleasure. Did I mention that with your baby's name engraved, it makes a wonderful keepsake? When she is done playing with it, be sure to tuck it away with her first pair of shoes and that little tuft of baby hair. I want to personally thank you for even considering purchasing a Taylor Natural Rattle. Best regards Mike Taylor Peterborough ON. |
